I have an Apollo Quad as my main interface and I can use it OR the MPC X as a choice. I use my MPC X in conjunction with Studio One and sometimes I toy around with FL Studio 12.5 which is a Mac Beta and in both DAWs you can route the outputs of the MPC 2.0 to different channels without switching Audio interfaces.
